Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States
Tuesday, January 2, 1996

Missing the Taos Pueblo while driving through the town of Taos, we soon arrived in Santa Fe. The city is a unique, interesting place that has an easy-going feel. We visited the San Marcos Cathedral, the oldest surviving building in Santa Fe, the oldest continuously occupied city in the United States. Later we headed for Albuquerque, then back home via the historic Hwy 66 cutoff from I-40 to I-10 in the Mojave desert.
